  13. After sweetened Khoya is thoroughly mixed, add 2 teaspoons of Sugar. The sugar will now melt. Wait for all the grated carrots, crumbled. khoya and sugar to come to a Halwa like consistency.
  14. When well mixed add the remaining ghee and add cardamom powder and put off fire.
  15. Your delicious carrot halwa is ready.
  16. (NO ARTIFICIAL COLOUR ADDED).
  17. Note: you can also add unsweetened Khoya and increase the quantity of Sugar as per your requirement.
