  22. 200 gms paneer in long sticks
  23. 1 tbsp maida
  24. 1 tbsp corn flour
  25. 1 tsp salt
  26. 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  27. 1 tbsp schezwan chutney
  28. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  29. as required Water to make paste
  30. 1 tbsp oil
  31. 1 tbsp butter
  32. For sauce-
  33. 10 cloves garlic chopped
  34. 1 tbsp oil
  35. 1 tbsp honey
  36. 1 tbsp vinegar
  37. 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  38. 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
  39. 1 tbsp grinded peanuts
  40. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  41. 6 sticks for lollipops

Steps to make to make Paneer peanut lollipops

  1. Prepare all ingredients of peanut chutney and add tempering.
  2. Take a pan roast peanuts.. Take it out now add oil and all other ingredients one by one saute all.
  3. Mix peanuts in it off the flame. Now cool it.Put all in mixer grinder with little water make smooth paste.
  4. Make vaghar of oil, rai,urad dal, red chilli and curry leaves add this vaghar in chutney mix well add some mayonnaise and lemon juice in chutney.
  5. The peanuts chutney is ready..
  6. Now we prepare all ingredients of paneer lollipops..
  7. Take a bowl add maida, cornflour salt red chilli powder schezwan sauce tomato sauce garlic paste add little water to make paste.
  8. Now take all sticks of paneer cover all with that paste.
  9. Take a nonstick pan add oil hot,then put one by one all lollipops in pan.. Roast all lollipops by change by flipping it's sides.
  10. Take out all lollipops. Add chopped garlic crushed peanuts sesame seeds and all spices in it saute then add that paste with water to make sauce.
  11. Add vinegar honey tomato sauce. And some mayonnaise.Now put all lollipops one by one cover with this sauce from all over.
  12. The tangy paneer peanut lollipops are ready to eat.
