  10. When you get porridge add Jaggery and mix well, saute until thick.
  11. Add ghee little by little and saute.
  12. Fry until you get halwa texture or it completely leaves the bottom.
  13. Add cardamom powder, mix.
  14. Add in dry nuts and mix, take off flame.
  15. Grease a plate with 1 tsp of ghee.
  16. Transfer the halwa, spread evenly and allow it to cool.
  17. Cut into desired shape and serve healthy homemade halwa.
